DR. DAVID ALOBO
Founder & CEO/Managing Director
An alumnus of the worldwide renowned Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in the USA and of the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (Germany), David is an expert in international relations, economics and global business. He advises businesses and governments on the opportunities of globalization. He has a PhD in International Economic Relations.

After studying Energetics at the University of Dresden (Germany) and being awarded a PhD in Engineering from the University of Mining and Technology in Freiberg (Germany), Dr. Dietze joined the Academy for Energetics in Leipzig where he handled state-of-the-art research in heat technology, energy efficiency, plant engineering, sustainable energy and renewable energy technologies.

General Manager
Before joining The Xsabo Group, Bernard worked as National Programme Officer at the National Youth Council of Uganda. Earlier, he was the Project Administrator for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) literacy empowerment project in Sudan. He holds a Bachelors’ degree in Information Management and Masters’ degree in Local Governance & Human Rights.
SHARON C. MURENJU
Assistant Manager
Sharon joined The Xsabo Group after a Management Training Programme at National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWASC) of Uganda and an internship as well as on-the-job Training at Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA). She studied Business Administration at Makerere University Kampala and is currently under advanced special training in corporate finance and auditing.

FRANZISKA LEISCHKER
Director
A Foundation Manager certified by the German Academy for Foundations (Deutsche Stiftungs-akademie, DSA) and Fine Artist with a Master Class degree from Dresden University of Fine Arts (specializing in Papermaking and Screen Print), Franziska is also a visual merchandiser trained by the premium fashion brand Escada. She is a marketing expert with more than ten years’ experience working for global premium and high-end fashion labels Escada, Hermès and Wolford. She also serves as President of the International Association of Hand Papermakers and Paper Artists e.V. (IAPMA), an association of over 650 members in 52 countries worldwide.
FRANCES RUTH ATALA
Director
A Presidential appointee, Frances is a Member of the Health Service Commission of Uganda and former President of the National Association of Women Organizations in Uganda. Earlier, she worked for Uganda Local Government Association and was Deputy Speaker Lira District Council, Member of Uganda’s Local Government Finance Commission and Resident District Commissioner Dokolo. She holds a degree in Education.
